The Beachvilla XL is the ideal base for a family holiday or a great weekend away with friends. With a generous living space of approx. 192 m², six bedrooms and a large garden, this detached villa has all the room you need for up to 12 people. The thoughtful layout means everyone has their own space and privacy, while the shared living room with its cosy fireplace is the perfect spot for long evenings together.

Six bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay

The villa has six double bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with its own adjacent bathroom. On the first floor you will find five more bedrooms and a second bathroom with a double walk-in shower. The open-plan kitchen with a 6-burner hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave makes cooking for a crowd easy, and extras like a washing machine, dryer and four private parking spaces make your stay even more convenient.

    Hallo zusammen, wir 8 Personen haben den Aufenthalt bei Euch in Makkum sehr genossen. Wir haben vor wieder zukommen, wann wissen wir noch nicht aber auf unserem Spaziergang sind uns noch andere Häuser aufgefallen die uns auch sehr von außen angesprochen haben. In unserer Rechnung stand noch etwas von "Pfand", bekommen wir das Geld für das Pfand wieder zurück oder für was steht die Bezeichnung? Meine Mitreisende haben da nachgefragt bei mir, daher die Frage Vielen Dank für Eure Antwort Bis dahin Viele Grüße Markus Brünig-Kopp

    Wir sind zum zweiten mal bei euch und es war wieder sehr schön. Wir haben zwar den Steg am Wasser vermisst. Aber durch das Wetter hätten wir uns eh nicht darauf gesetzt. Und im Haus ist alles da was man braucht, einfach Top😊

    Het ontvangst bij de receptie was heel hartelijk. We waren te vroeg en ondanks dat we er niet om vroegen werd er toch gekeken of we al in ons huisje konden. Heel fijn. Het park oogt heel netjes.
