Our vacation homes are situated right on the fishing waters, which are connected to the IJsselmeer—ideal for anglers!
Starting in 2026, you will need a Fiskfergunning to fish in Frisian waters. Together with the Fiskwizer, this serves as the official permit to fish in the designated waters. The Fiskwizer makes it easy to see where you’re allowed to fish and what rules apply there.
You can apply for a Fiskvergunning through the HSV Makkum website. A weekly pass costs €12. If you would like an annual pass, the cost is €38. The permit is valid throughout Friesland.
