The apartments are modernly furnished, and from the apartment you have a magnificent view of the IJsselmeer. As the owner of the apartment, you also have unlimited use of the luxurious hotel facilities that are located at the resort. Thanks to a heat pump and solar panels, among other things, this is a sustainable investment!

Nice–looking villas

In addition to apartments, Beach Resorts Makkum Real Estate also has detached vacation villas, suitable for a maximum of 12 people. The vacation villas are fully furnished with an open kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a nice living room. The villas also have a spacious yard. The villas are located very close to the beach. Plus some villas are equipped with a wonderful sauna, Jacuzzi and/or bathtub.
